My goal is to help you rebuild your entire body in a way that supports your life as a mum—so you can feel strong, capable, and energised every day.
Step 1: We’ll start with a goal-setting call to dive into your background, training history, and any concerns or goals you have. Together, we’ll set both short-term and long-term goals to map out a clear path toward your ultimate success.
Step 2: You’ll complete a form check, and I’ll provide detailed feedback on what I notice, what we’ll focus on, and why it’s important for your recovery and strength.
Step 3: You’ll keep a food journal for me to review, so I can provide tailored feedback on how your nutrition can better support your goals.
Step 4: Using your movement assessment, food journal, schedule and available equipment, I’ll create a personalised plan. This will include strength training and mobility/pelvic floor exercises that work together to give you a balanced, effective routine.
➡️ Your programme evolves with you: Each week, it will be adjusted and progressed based on your feedback and how your body is responding.
➡️ Support every step of the way: You’ll have weekly check-ins to track your progress and stay on course, plus a video call at the end of each phase to reflect and plan ahead.
